Company Description
East Aluminium Limited has a 10% share in the Portland aluminium smelter, held by the First National Resource Trust. All the units in the trust are owned by Eastern Aluminium. Eastern Aluminium (Portland) Proprietary Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company and is both trustee and manager of the trust. The company sells its metal at London Metal Exchange (LME) related prices. The alumina is sourced under contract from Alcoa's Western Australia Refineries. The Company's shares are listed in Australian Stock Exchange. All operations are geographically located within Australia.
