Chase Industries Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is the manufacture and supply of free-machining and forging brass rods. The rods branded Blue Dot are manufactured in round and hexagonal shapes of diameters ranging from 5/16 inch to 4 inches. These are the standard shapes and sizes and the rods are used to produce plumbing and hardware products like faucets, fittings, heating and air conditioning components, industrial valves and automotive parts. Customers consist of more than 250 original equipment manufacturers, independent fabricators and distributors in the construction, industrial machinery and equipment, electrical, transportation and consumer durable goods industries. Masco Corporation and its subsidiaries are the major customers for the product. The Group sells through direct sales forces in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
