Gold Standard, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are the exploration, production and sale of gold. The Group acquires, leases and sells hard mineral properties and develops those properties which have the most economic potential. In addition, the Group seeks opportunities for joint ventures or other financial arrangements with other companies to develop and/or operate the properties it controls. The Group is involved in active exploration programs in the Brazilian states of Sao Paulo and Parana. Presently, the Group is conducting only exploration activities.
