Mercer International Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to produce and market pulp and paper products. The Group operates under one segments: Market Pulp Segment. The Group's pulp operations are conducted through Spezialpapierfabrik Blankenstein GmbH and its paper operations are conducted through Dresden Papier GmbH and its affiliates, all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group. It manufactures and markets softwood kraft pulp and two primary classes of paper products. The Group's products are produced from both virgin fibre, being wood chips, pulpwood and chemical woodfree pulp and recycled fibre. The manufacturing plants are located in Germany in the States of Saxony and Thuringia. Produce and market pulp and paper products
