The Groups' principal activities are the designing and the manufacturing of flexible constrainers/packages for massive consumer products that are used by the food, cosmetics and personal hygiene industries, items for the home and pharmacopoeia. The containers It manufactures are printed either through the gravure printing system or by flexography. These are then sold in rolls and labels to be used in automatic packing machines or as bags, pouches and doy-packs for manual packing. The Group has export presence in Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Puerto Rico. In Feb 2001, the Group purchased Empresa Prepac de Chile SA, a producer of flexible containers of polyethylene and polypro phenol, printed through flexography.
