Rock-Tenn Company. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture packaging, merchandising displays, and paperboard. The Group operates in four segments: Packaging Products, Paperboard , Merchandising Displays and Corrugated. Packaging products segment manufactures folding cartons and solid fiber interior packaging. Paperboard segment collects recovered paper and produce paperboard products. Merchandising displays segment manufacture temporary and permanent point-of-purchase displays. Corrugated segment manufacture corrugated packaging for sale to industrial and consumer products manufacturers and corrugated sheet stock for sale to corrugated box manufacturers located primarily in the southeastern United States. The Group operates 92 facilities located in 26 states, Canada, Mexico, Chile and Argentina. Packaging Products accounted for 52% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Paperboard, 33%; Merchandising Displays, 9% and Corrugated, 6%
