Bontex, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market uncoated and coated elastomeric wet web impregnated fiberboard products. The products are used as insole material in footwear, visorboard in headwear, dielectric sealing base in automotive door panels, stiffener and laminating base in luggage, leathergoods, and allied products. The fiberboard products are designed to be 'environmentally friendly'. The Group uses recycled cellulose fibers that are derived from trees. The products are sold under trademarks BONTEX, BON-FOAM, SURE-FOAM and MAXXON. The products of the Group are sold throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
