Cydsa SA. The Group's principal activities are carried out through two business segments: chemical division and yarns business. The chemical division is comprised of the following companies and their products: Sales del Istmo SA de CV (SISA) produces edible and industrial salts; Industria Quimica del Istmo SA de CV (IQUISA) produces chlorine, caustic soda, solidium hypochlorite, synthetic hydrochloric acid and muriatic acid; Policyd SA de CV produces PVC, suspension, homopolymer and copolymer; Plasticos Rex SA de CV produces PVC pipes and fittings, irrigation systems and polyethylene pipes; and Quimobasicos SA de CV produces refrigerants and blowing agents. The yarns business is handled Derivados Acrilicos SA de CV produces acrylic yarns, acrylic blends with both natural and synthetic fibers, fancy yarn, knitting specialties and sewing threads.
