Nucryst Pharmaceuticals segment researches, develops and commercializes medical devices and pharmaceutical products based on noble metal nanocrystalline technology. iFire Technology segment develops a proprietary flat-panel full color solid state display technology. The Group operates in Canada, the United States and Europe. In 2002, the Group discontinued the operations of Coinage division. Ambeon accounted for 74% of 2002 revenues; Nucryst Pharmaceutical, 17% and iFire Technology, 9%.
