Prism Holdings Limited(PRISM). The Group's principal activities are carried out in four divisions: Chips and Wireless, Services, Payment Solutions and Transaction Security. Under its Chips and Wireless division which focuses on operating systems, application development, card manufacturing and production including concept, design, printing, packaging and distribution. The Services division focuses on providing secure and convenient payment, prepayment and value-added services. This division also offers end-to-end reconciliation and settlement services. The Payment Solutions comprises chip card, terminals, infrastructure and transaction security. The Transaction Security provides crypto for client type devices to offering an entire end-to-end security range of products. Clients include ABSA Bank, BankServ, Standard Bank, Nedcor, Axalto, Celcom, MTN Group, Telkom, Vodacom, Infineon, Clicks, Edcon Group, JD Group, Lewis Group, BP, Caltex, Total, Eskom, Payshop, DHL, Verifone and Kwikpay. Chips and Wireless accounted for 51% of fis 2005 revenues; Services, 27%; Payment Solutions, 12% and Transaction Security, 10%
