Its customers are corporate enterprises, carriers and service providers, postal authorities and government agencies. The Group has direct sales in the United States. It also has sales in Brazil, Denmark, Canada, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. During the year 2002, it acquired the remaining ownership interest in its Japanese joint venture Critical Path Japan.
