GoAmerica, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to develop and distribute wireless data technology, applications and software. The solutions address the productivity and communications needs of enterprise customers and consumers. The Group's proprietary technology called Go.Web(TM) allows customers to open, edit, fax and forward email attachments; remotely access and manage documents, send instant messages and queue requests when a device is outside of a wireless service area. Its wireless data solutions are designed for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired. The Group also distributes wireless communication devices to the customers of its wireless services and procures subscribers on behalf of various wireless network providers and EarthLink Inc. As of 31-Dec-2002, the Group had a total of 91,300 end-users accessing their solutions. Subscriber revenue accounted for 81% of 2002 revenues; Equipment revenue, 18% and Other, 1%.
