LookSmart, Ltd.. The Group's principal activities are to provide Internet search-targeted marketing solutions for online businesses globally. The Group operates in four segments: Listings, Advertising, Licensing and Ecommerce. Listings include revenues derived from LookListings and Small Business fees and affiliate partner commissions.
