Technology Nexus AB. The Group's principal activities are the provision of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) solutions for safe electronic communications such as safe e-mail and safe electronic trading. The Group is organised into two business segments: Secured Business Solutions(SBS) and Security Consultants(SEC). The Group also provides systems development within selected fields of technology such as the internet, mobile networks, GPRS, 3G, radio networks and digital TV. The Group consists of a number of service-producing business units and two product lines: Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Identities and Memo/Neon. The service-producing business units are based primarily in Sweden. Both product lines have development operations in Gothenburg and Stockholm and sales offices in France, Spain, Germany and the UK.
