Docucon, Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is the conversion of paper and microform documents to optical and other types of storage media for use in document management systems and Internet applications for customers in the federal & commercial markets. The Group sold all of its operating assets to TAB Products Co. in May 2000. As a result of the sale, the Group effectively became a Shell Company with no revenues and continuing general and administrative expenses.
