The products of the company include Texas Case Law, New York Case Law, United States Supreme Court and Texas Constitution. The users of the databases of the company include individual lawyers, judges, corporate regulatory personnel, law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies. The products and services of the company are marketed through trade show exhibits, direct selling via the website, telemarketing, advertising on the world wide web and internet and other promotional activities. During 1999, the company acquired GoverNet Affairs, Inc. and Brief Reporter, LLC.
