Valtech. The Group's principal activity is to provide technological solutions. The Group operates under three major segments, Consulting, Business Services and Global Sourcing. Under Consulting, the Group offers consulting on project management, system architecture and software development process. Under Business services, the Group offers management and organizational consulting, e-business and formation new information technologies. Under Global Sourcing, the Group prepares and manages IT projects from its offshore office in India. Some of their clients include ABN Amro, Alcatel and Bull. The Group operates globally. In 2005, the Group acquired ACDSI and PAR N1. Consulting accounted for 51% of 2005 revenues; Business Services, 35% and Global Sourcing, 14%
