The Group's principal activity is to provide electrical construction products and electrical and industrial maintenance, repair and operating supplies, referred to as 'MRO'. Electrical supplies include fuses, terminals, connectors, boxes, fittings, tools, lugs, tape and other MRO supplies. Industrial supplies include cutting and other tools, abrasives, filters and safety equipment. Power distribution products include circuit breakers, transformers, switchboards, panelboards and busway. The Group operates in over 370 branches and eight distribution centers located in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Guam, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates and Singapore. The customers of the Group include industrial companies, contractors for industrial, commercial and residential projects, utility companies and commercial, institutional and governmental customers.
