FIND/SVP, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide consulting, management advisory and business intelligent services to executives and decision-making employees. The Group operates in two business segments: Quick Consulting and Research service and Strategic Consulting and Research. The Quick Consulting and Research service (QCS) provides retainer clients with access to the expertise of the Group's staff and information resources as well as Live AnswerDesk (LAD) services (Quick Consulting). The Strategic Consulting and Research Group (SCRG) provides more extensive, in-depth custom market research and competitive intelligence information, as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty program (Strategic Consulting). At 31-Dec-2002, the Group had 1,563 retainer clients and 10,162 holders of membership card. On 01-Apr-2003, the Group acquired Guideline Research Corp. Quick consulting services accounted for 89% of 2002 revenues and Strategic consulting services, 11%.
