Cedar Fair, L.P.. The Group's principal activities are to operate hotel facilities, amusement and water parks. The Group has seven parks namely, Cedar Point, Toledo, Knott's Berry Farm, Dorney Park, Wildwater Kingdom (Dorney Park), Geauga Lake, and Valleyfair. The Group also owns separate-gated water parks near San Diego and in Palm Springs, California. It operates Camp Snoopy, a seven-acre indoor amusement park at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. Five of the parks have a 130-140 day-operating season. The Group also owns and operates four hotel facilities. The operations of the Group are carried out in the United States. On 30-June-2006 the Group acquired Paramount Parks Inc.
