Coast Casinos, Inc. Formerly known as Coast Resorts, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to operate hotels and casinos. The Group owns and operates four hotels and casinos situated in Las Vegas: The Orleans Hotel and Casino, Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, The Sun coast Hotel and Casino and Barbary Coast Hotel and Casino. The Orleans, the Gold Coast and the Suncoast compete primarily with Las Vegas hotel-casinos and non-hotel gaming facilities that target local residents. The Group's customers principally include the local residents. Casino accounted for 67% of 2003 gross revenues; Food and Beverages, 18%; Hotel, 8% and Other, 7%
