Compagnie des Alpes(CDA). The Group's principal activity is to provide and manage leisure businesses. The Group operates two leisure: the operation of ski areas and of leisure parks. The ski area activities are concentrated in one season (from December through April) in one geographical area (the Northern Alps). The Group manages ski areas by taking charge of the skier's ascent (lifts) and descent (trail maintenance, grooming and snowmaking). The Group also manages family leisure sites which offer theme parks, nature and animal parks and other tourist attractions. The Group operates mainly in France.
