Global Casinos, Inc. The Group's principal activity is to acquire and operate casinos, gaming properties and other related interests. As of 31-Aug-2006, it operated 188 slot machines. The Group does not have parking facilities available for its customers and relies totally on 'walk-in' traffic and charter bus traffic. In the year 2005, it installed the Oasis Casino Management System. This system connects the slot machines to a central computer that monitors all activity on each device. It includes a 'Player Tracking System' that allows implementation of new features and benefits into the Group's Frequent Player Club (known as the 'Sharpshooter Club').The system enables proper recognition its VIP players and improves operational efficiencies. The Group's sole operating subsidiary owns and operates the Bull Durham Saloon & Casino ('Bull Durham') located in Black Hawk, Colorado.
