Grevin et Compagnie Formerly known as Parc Asterix SA. The Company's principal activities are the management, development and promotion of its theme parks, museums and aquariums. This includes research, construction and operation of the Company's tourism, leisure and cultural property, including hotels and restaurants. Most of the Company's sites are located around urban areas in France, amongst them Parc Asterix, France Miniature, Aquarium Geant de Saint-Malo and Musee Grevin. During 2001 the Company acquired Dolfinarium Harderwijk and Avonturenpark Hellendorn in the Netherlands and, in 2002, Fort Fun in Germany.
