Six Flags, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are the ownership and operation of regional theme amusement and water parks. The Group's Theme parks offer a complete family-oriented entertainment experience through a broad selection of state-of-the-art and traditional thrill rides, water attractions, themed areas, concerts and shows, restaurants, game venues and merchandise outlets. As of 31-Dec-2006, it owned and operated 27 parks, including domestic parks. It sold Sacramento, California water park and season and our Columbus, Ohio water park on Nov, 2006.
