Intellectual properties include brand properties and entertainment properties. Brand properties are not TV dependent. It requires little initial investment and can be licensed and provides income quickly. Entertainment properties are TV-driven. It requires significant investment, takes time to develop, finance and produce but have the potential for high reward. The Company owns or controls rights to brands such as Some Bunny To Love, Hammer Films, iloveegg, and Rambling Ted, as well as to entertainment rights such as The Shaila Show, Pepper's Patrol and DreamMakers.
