The major subsidiaries of the company are On Command development Corporation, On Command Video Corporation, SpectraVision Inc., Ascent Sports and Ascent Holdings. To date, the company has incurred $700,000 towards year 2000 expenses. The entertainment division of the company was discontinued and disposed of in 1999.
