Mondo TV SPA. The Group's principal activities are the production and distribution of original animation programmes both in Italy and abroad. It creates and produces its own series of animated cartoons such as "Sandokan" and "The Great Book of Nature". The Group also imports and distributes Japanese cartoons in Italy and in some Spanish-speaking countries. The television broadcasting rights are sold to public and private networks as well as cable networks. The range of activities includes also the sale of home video rights and music rights, the merchandising of gadgets and toys and the development of multimedia productions. The Group publishes books, magazines, comic books and sticker collections based on its own cartoon series. Licensing accounted for 58% of 2005 revenues and Home Video, 42%
