American Dream Entertainment, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to create, develop and produce animated properties that are marketed to television, home-video and theatrical exhibition companies. The Group acquired the exclusive rights to exploit the Media Property known as Robin and The Dreamweavers under an agreement with Dreamweavers NV that has developed this concept. This concept consists of several media products, an animated feature length show for television, animated television series, a soundtrack, an Internet Site and games and private-label fashions based on the character of Robin. It also includes ancillary merchandising products such as video games, toys, apparel, school supplies and cosmetic products. The Group also plans to market music properties based on the characters from the animated series. On 10-Apr-2000, the Group acquired Robinsdream Interactive NV. Currently, the Group does not generate any revenues. Creates, develops and produces animated properties that are marketed to television, home-video and theatrical companies
