As of August 1 1999, the company had nearly 3000 customers all over the world including studios like Sony Pictures Corporation, Paramount Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Pictures, The Walt Disney Company and Warner Brothers. During the fiscal year 1999, the company acquired MSCL Inc, TVP Group plc, Tvi Limited and Ross Digital Sound And Picture, Inc. The company has 14 wholly owned operating subsidiaries. Television services accounted for 64% of fiscal 1999 revenues; manufacturing and distribution services, 21%; broadcast and syndication services, 11% and film services, 4%.
