Video Services Corporation (formerly known as International Post Ltd.) is a provider of value-added video services to a diverse base of customers within the television network, cable and syndicated programming markets. These services are divided into three segments: satellite and distribution services, systems and products and production services. Satellite and distribution services provides a vertically integrated array of satellite, fiber optic and videotape worldwide distribution of video and data through its Atlantic Satellite and Waterfront. Systems and products segments designs, builds, installs and services advanced video systems worldwide for the broadcast and cable television industries, internet "broadcasters" and video streaming facilities and for professional and corporate markets. Production services segment provides services to Film-to-Videotape transfer, Computer-Generated Visual effects, Electronic Video Editing & Videotape Duplication. The company became publicly held in 1994. Satellite and distribution accounted for 35% of fiscal 2000 revenues; Production services accounted for 33% of fiscal 1999 revenues and systems and products, 32%.
