Company Description
Cinram International Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and distribute pre-recorded VHS video cassettes, audio cassettes, audio CDs, CD-ROM and Digital Versatile Discs (DVD). These products are supplied to motion picture studios, music labels, publishers and computer software companies around the globe. The Group's other business activities include distribution of pre-recorded video cassettes and the Cinram-POP-DVD Center, which provides a full range of DVD authoring and multiplexing services. The Group operates in Canada, the United States, France and other countries. Video duplication accounted for 61% of 2002 revenues; Audio/ROM replication/duplication, 28% and Other, 11%.
