Chromaline Corporation (The). The Company develops, manufactures and sells light sensitive liquid coatings and films primarily to printers and decorators of surfaces. The Company also markets ancillary chemicals and equipment to provide a full line of products and services to its customers. These products are used by screen printers to create stencil images which produce basic design for fabric decoration and product identification as well as complex designs for compact discs and electronic circuits. The sand blasting products are used by many clients to create architectural glass, art pieces and awards. Currently, the Company has about 140 domestic and international distributors and markets its products to over 50 countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and other parts of the world.
