General Media, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are classified under three segments: publishing, online and entertainment. The publishing segment is engaged in the publication of penthouse magazines. The online segment sells memberships to the Company's website, sells advertising banners posted on the Internet site and also sells adult- oriented consumer products through online store. The entertainment segment provides adult oriented entertainment products and services, including pay-per-cell telephone lines, digital video discs, video cassettes and pay per view programming. The Group has publishers in Australia, Brazil, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Kingdom. The Group has pay per call telephone lines in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Russia and Greece. The Group is a majority owned subsidiary of General Media International, Inc.
