The Newspaper segment operates daily newspapers in 18 markets in the United States and revenues are derived from advertising and circulation. The Scripps Networks includes four national television networks: Home and garden television, Food network, Do it yourself and Fine living. The Broadcast televisions include ten television stations and rely on local sales operations. Interactive Media sells a range of consumer goods directly to television viewers and visitors to its website. The Licensing and other media aggregates operating segments that are too small to report separately, and primarily includes syndication and licensing of news features and comics.
