Monrif SpA. The Group's principal activities are printing and distribution of daily newspapers (including "Il Resto del Carlino", "La Nazione" and "Il Giorno" in Italy). Those three newspapers represent both the tradition and the attachment to some of the most developed geographical areas of Italy. The Group's advertising agency with a national distribution coverage, collects advertising for the Group's newspapers and as well as for other major newspapers. The Group is also involved in hotel and real estate sector. Other interest includes ownership of a traditional radio station and book publishing. In 2005 the Group sold its entire investment in Dada SpA. Publishing accounted for 41% of 2005 revenues; Advertising, 40%; Hotel Management, 8%; Contract Printings, 8% and Other, 3%
