RSDB N.V. Formerly known as Roto Smeets de Boer NV. The Group's principal activities are printing, processing and reproduction of information supplied by third parties. The Group produces monthly and weekly magazines, mail order catalogues, directories and incidental printing work such as product advertising material. The Group's activities are grouped into two business lines: Print Productions: Production of web printed matter using specialised, full service companies that cover the entire value chain, from pre-press to distribution, either as adviser, manager or contractor. Marketing Communications: Facilitation of a clients's own communications channel, focusing on the creation of cross-media - concept, creation, development and supply - as well as recording customer data and media moments. RSDB N.V. was formed through a merger of Kloninlijke De Boer Boekhoven and VNU subsidiary Roto Smeets in 1993, whereby the name changed to RSDB N.V.
