Schawk, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide digital imaging graphic services for the consumer products industries. Digital imaging graphic arts serve consumer products packaging, advertising and promotional markets. The facilities produce conventional, electronic and desktop color separations, creative design, art production, electronic retouching, conventional and digital plate making and digital press proofs. They are produced for the three main printing processes used in the graphic arts industry: lithography, flexography and gravure. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and other foreign countries. On 31-Jan-2005, the Group acquired Seven Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Provides digital imaging graphic services for the consumer products industry
