GWR Group PLC. The Group's principal activity is the operation of commercial radio licenses in the United Kingdom. The Group broadcasts 38 different services over analogue and digital radio. The Group's local radio consists of 33 FM stations including Classic FM, Core and Planet Rock. The Group disposed of GWR Medien GmbH and Antenne Salzburg 02-Aug-2003, and Oy Europer Ab, including Classic Radio Oy at 05-Nov-2003. At 18-Jun-2003, the Group also disposed its investment in Hungary. At 31-Jul-2003, the Group disposed of its 49% holding in Vibe Radio Services Ltd.
