The outdoor advertising is carried on through the company's wholly owned subsidiary, TDI. TDI's operations are carried on in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and in the Netherlands. During the year 2000, the company acquired Giraudy, Societa Manifesti & Affissioni S.p.A. and Waterman Broadcasting Corporation. The company has incurred $5 million towards year 2000 expenses till date. Radio broadcasting revenues accounted for 75% of 1999 revenues and outdoor advertising revenues, 25%.
