Radio First PLC. The Group's principal activity is the operation of a network of digital radio stations designed to appeal a broad audience of 15-40 years old. Each station is owned and operated in conjunction with different football clubs and offers an attractive, popular format featuring today's best music and guaranteed, partisan coverage of all aspects of the football club including live commentaries of all matches. At 30-Sep-2001, the Group had four ventures with football clubs namely Chelsea, Southampton, Aston Villa and Derby working with radio stations Big Blue (Chelsea), The Saint (Southampton), The Villan (Aston Villa) and Rampage.
