Radio One Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to acquire, operate and maintain radio broadcasting stations in the United States primarily targeting the African-American region. The Group owns and operates 66 radio stations in 22 markets. The Group also programs five channels on the XM Satellite Radio system. The Group operates in Washington, DC Baltimore, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, St. Louis, Cleveland and Richmond. During the year 2002, the Group acquired the assets of WHTA-FM.
