Radiomutuel Inc. is a leading Canadian communications company operating through three industry segments; radio, out-door advertising and specialty television. Through its network of eight FM stations, its three exclusively-owned AM stations and its 50% interest in two AM radio stations included in the Radiomedia AM networks, it targets mostly French speaking programmes to the entire province of Quebec. In addition, through its subsidiary Omni Outdoor and Company Limited Partnership, it provides outdoor advertising in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia and holds offices in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and New York. Through exclusively owned Canal Vie and joint venture interests in Musique Plus and Musimax, the company operates specialty television channels which target mostly French speaking households. During fiscal 1998 the company acquired G&G Posters Inc and a 33.3% interest in Consortium IPSAT Inc.
