Beneteau(BENETEAU). The Group's principal activities are the production and distribution of boats and prefabricated homes. The Group operates through four main divisions: Sailing: small sailing and motor boats for leisure purposes under the brand names Beneteau and Jeanneau; Ship Building and Professional Sailing: larger sailing boats, catamarans and fishing boats under the brands CNB, Voyageur, Beneteau Peche, Wauquiez and Lagoon; Unlicensed Vehicles: under the brand Microcar and Prefabricated Homes: under the brand O'Hara. The Group mainly operates in France, North America and other parts of Europe. Sailing Boats accounted for 58% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Motor Boats, 28%; Others, 12% and Other Boats, 2%
