BHC Communications Incorporated. The principal activity of the Group is television broadcasting. The Company operates six very high frequency ("VHF") television stations and four ultra high frequency ("UHF") television stations, together constituting Chris-Craft's Television Division. The Company's television stations own film contract rights, which allow generally for limited showings of films and syndicated programs. The television advertising sales market consists primarily of national network advertising, national spot advertising and local spot advertising.
