Persona Incorporated Formerly known as Regional Cablesystems Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to provide cable television, high-speed internet and telecom services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Persona Communications Inc. The services are provided to a diverse residential and commercial customers in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. During the year, the Group acquired Skyway Cablevision Limited, Glovertown Cable TV Limited, OTV Cablelan Limited, Cyberbeach Communications Corporation and ISYS Technology Inc. On September 1, 2002, the Group acquired Columbus Communications Limited, Hometown Cablesystems Limited and Constance Bay Cable Television Limited. Cable accounted for 88% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Telecom, 8%; Internet, 3% and Microwave, 1%.
