Company Description
Granite Broadcasting Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to develop and operate small to middle-market television broadcast stations in the United States. The Group acquires and manages network-affiliated television stations and other media and communications-related properties. It presently own and operate six middle-market stations. The Company's stations are located in New York, California, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Minnesota. On 07-Mar-2005, the Group sold WPTA-TV, UHF Channel 21. The Group acquired WISE-TVUHF Channel 33, CBS affiliate KDLH-TV, Duluth, Minnesota-Superior, Wisconsin ("KDLH-TV") on 08-Mar-2005. The Group operates throughout United States. On 26-Jul-2006, the Group acquired WBNG Channel 12. Develops, operates and markets television broadcast stations in the United States
