Entravision Communications Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to reach Hispanic community in the United States through a combination of television, radio and outdoor advertising. The Group owns and operates 48 primary television stations located in the southwestern United States including the United States/Mexican border markets. The Group also owns and operates 52 radio stations in 20 U.S. markets, including Spanish language stations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix and Dallas-Ft. Worth. These radio stations consist of 40 FM and 12 AM stations. The outdoor advertising operations are located primarily in high-density Hispanic communities in Los Angeles and New York.
