The Group's principal activity is providing the regional Channel 3 television service for Northern Ireland through its parent company, Ulster Television PLC. It provides radio services in Great Britain through UTV Radio (GB) Ltd. It also provides radio services in Ireland through Country Media Ltd, Treaty Radio Ltd, City Broadcasting Ltd, Independent Broadcasting Corporation Ltd and U105 Ltd. It also provides Internet services in Ireland through UTV Internet Ltd. It operates in Great Britain and Ireland. The Group acquired The Wireless Group PLC and Independent Broadcasting Corporation Ltd on 06-Jun-2005 and 21-Feb-2005 respectively. Television accounted for 49 % of 2005 revenues; Radio, 42% and New Media, 9%
