It's hair care products include complete lines of "Dep" and "L.A. Looks" hair styling gels, hair sprays, shampoos and conditioners, "Lilt" home perm products and the "Agree" and "Halsa" shampoos and conditioners. "Topol" toothpaste, "Lavoris" dental rinse and "Jordan Magic Toothbrushes" (for which it is the sole U.S. distributor), comprise it's oral care line. It's skin care products include "Cuticura" medicated skin care products, "Porcelana" fade cream and "Natures Family" natural skin care products. The company's products are marketed and sold through agents, distributors and licensees in over 50 countries throughout the world including Canada, U.K., Japan, Australia, Mexico. In 1997 the company emerged from chapter 11 which it had filed the previous year.
